In the competitive GTA market, this urban towns project required a unique identity resonating with the market. FOXX was retained by VanMar Contructors and Trillium Housing to create a brand marketing campaign that would sell the location at Rogers Rd. and Bicknell Ave. and resonate with a younger demographic looking for affordable homes.
Our research revealed that the location sat on an old streetcar turning loop. With this insight FOXX created The Loop Towns brand identity, tapping into its neighbourhood lineage with a hip yet urban campaign featuring a logo with purposely rounded edges, intertwining “O’s” and the red paying homage to the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC). The result? A Sold-Out site showing we were “in the Loop” with today’s market!
